  Although the design work was solid, the actual construction and finishing was more than subpar. For example, in the process of digging an egress window, the team broke a section of the sprinkler system. No one told us and we discovered in the spring. Legacy was unwilling to fund the repairs. More egregious was the work on the shower. The team did not properly seal and I have mold in the walls. He was not willing to fix it and blamed on bad maintenance. Will cost me thousands to redo. Other finishing work would be an embarrassment to most contractors. I would clearly not recommend.
